I didn't intend to take you up on this offer so soon, but you'll perhaps be unsurprised to know the young man that I share living quarters with is slightly troublesome at times.

I'm sure he'll get it out of his system soon, but for the time being, it's difficult to sleep while a demolition is occurring in the room next door.
